The Holiday Home Association maintains a membership database that is not shared with anyone else. We never pass on members’ contact information to third parties. This data is maintained for the purposes of membership administration and service to members.

The data of members whose membership has lapsed due to non-payment of subscription is retained for as long as there is a reasonable prospect of renewal. If a member resigns membership, their membership records are erased, except that accounting records are retained for up to five years and these may contain records of payments from members and others.

We retain contact details of people who have made enquiries for a reasonable period in case of any further correspondence. Enquiries that are more than 18 months old are deleted from our records.

We retain business contacts for as long as these are potentially useful.
