Being local they are handy for guests to call in or new clients to come and chat. All properties are graded from 3 – 5 Stars, some with Gold Awards, so are of a very good standard. Over half allow pets and many are ground floor, some with disabled access. From converted barns to modern apartments, there are houses, cottages, bungalows all varying in size to sleep from 2 to 10 persons. Sea views, rural views, within easy reach of public transport, and walking distance of the beach and shops. They have the property to suit everyone’s requirements! The Royal Estate of Sandringham, Norfolk Lavender, Holkham Hall, Bird Reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham, Kings Lynn, Wells Next Sea and other popular places are all within forty five minutes drive. They are based on Rainbows End Park, Bacton, a small and peaceful holiday park just yards from the coast and miles of sandy beaches washed by the tides. Bramble Cottage, the latest edition to the portfolio is a beautiful two bedroomed barn conversion, based in the seaside village of Happisburgh. These properties enable our guests to enjoy the north down to the east section of the Norfolk Coast, the many seaside towns and villages, the Norfolk Broads and the city of Norwich. The properties are all dog friendly, ensuring you can bring all the family to enjoy beautiful Norfolk.
