I have two 3 bedroom apartments (1st & 2nd floor) in a Georgian house in Park Street. The apartments have been operational for about one year and are managed by an agent. Both properties are “top end” but I don’t believe I am maximising the return and would be interested to hear from other owners about their experiences and view of the Bath market
