The Holiday Home Industry Code of Practice
The HHICOP is a set of standards for providers of self-catering holiday homes in the UK. It is for owners of accommodation, and for the agencies that represent them. The HICOP is for the whole industry and it is not necessary to be a member of the HHA to adopt it. Adoption of the HHICOP shows consumers that the agent or owner is committed to high standards of safety and ethical, honest conduct. The HHA has produced the HHICOP in partnership with CottageLine.
